Best car buying experience ever!
I feel like buying a car is usually not a fun experience, but Gina & Woody have proved me wrong. They made my car buying experience easier than I could have ever thought possible. From the first time I spoke to Gina on the phone I felt like she was a long time family friend. I got exactly the car that I was looking for down to every detail, at the best price & they made the whole process wonderful. 10/10 would definitely recommend doing business with these lovely people! Great Purchasing Experience
I saw an add for a vehicle I was looking for and called on it. I talked to Gina and arranged to see the it. Gina and Woody drove the car to me to see and test drive. This was a completely new experience for me and it was great. They explained the process and were great to work with. They were gracious and there was no pressure for the purchase. I made the purchase and the car was delivered in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a quality vehicle from a business that is very customer oriented, which is very hard to find today. Thank you Gina and Woody, if I purchase another vehicle I will definitely purchase from you again.

I am so fortunate to have stumbled upon Gina and Woody. What a great car buying experience! They treated me from the get-go as if I was their only client: answering all of my questions, updating me of each step along the way (even driving the car down to me in San Diego for a test drive) all while making sure I was making the right decision for myself. They are true professionals. I now have them looking for a car for my wife!

Best Car Buying Experience
From the first interaction, Gina was so polite and professional. I was hesitant to purchase from a Concierge style dealer instead of a standard dealership. However, Gina patiently answered all of my questions and provided all of the dealer information to make me feel 100% comfortable. The purchase price was reasonable and the vehicle is impeccable. All communications were prompt, clear and the whole process was so easy. Gina and Woody went above and beyond to ensure I am completely satisfied with the purchase and are just the nicest people too. People keep asking me where I found such a beautiful ride and I am quick to tell them about my great buying experience.

Ease and Courtesy
My husband and daughter found a beautiful Jeep on Woody and Gina’s website and at first we were hesitant to connect as we have always bought direct from large dealerships. We even asked a dealership friend of ours if they had heard of this business - they hadn’t. But after the first email and text exchanges with Gina our doubts were set aside and after checking the history of the VIN on the Jeep we wanted we were excited not to have to spend hours in a dealership playing the negotiation game. As busy folks working full time and with a family to look after this process suited us perfectly. Trade in process was simple, Gina and Woody bring the car to you, contracts are completed through Docusign and title is delivered to you in person. We weren’t able to do the whole transaction in one afternoon like you can in a dealership - it took a couple days to complete it all - but it was a far superior, less stressful way to sell and buy a car. Would definitely recommend Woody and Gina’s business and if they had our next car in inventory we would not hesitate to use their service again. Courteous, professional, delightful people - Gina even gifted some jewellery for our kids that she had purchased to support a friend’s charity. Truly thoughtful, excellent customer service and a great experience. 5 out of 5!

Best Car Buying Experience, Even From Out Of State
Purchasing from Gina and Woody was the best car buying experience ever!! I am from Texas and I was somewhat concerned because the price was great in an seller friendly market. They took the car to be inspected at the Volvo dealership of my choice, and paid for it. They helped with financing, which was a breeze. To top it off, they picked me up at the airport, let me test drive the car, and then took me out for a wonderful breakfast to sign paperwork. Gina even made me a goodie basket for the drive home. Simply wonderful people. I would recommend anyone to them.

I found my dream truck on Autotrader at their lot. I was a little skeptical at first as it was not the usual car dealership, but I still decided to reach out. I spoke to Gina and Woody about the truck and their business, and realized they are seriously good people. They were in the car business their entire lives and this dealership of theirs is just a little side hobby after they retired. They brought the truck to my house, let me inspect it, and let me test drive it. I was sold from the start. They made the process quick and convenient. The kindest most genuine car dealers I’ve ever met. From the first phone call which was on Christmas no less to delivering the exact truck I’ve been searching everywhere for, Woody and Gina were helpful, understanding, a blessing to work with and much more. Not only did they bring both cars for both myself and my daughter but offered a six-month warranty with all the paperwork included. Wow!! I really can't say enough about Gina and Woody. This was the easiest car buying experience of my life. I gave them my ideal car specs and budget - 48 hours later the 2017 VW Touareg Wolfsburg Edition was delivered to my work. No games, no obnoxious salesmanship, just top notch service and execution. They took care of most of the paperwork and even picked and sold my old car. The price was in budget and my car drives like a dream. Best Experience Ever!
Buying our RV from Gina and Woody was the single best decision we've ever made. They helped us get through the loan process with ease, and even offered to personally deliver our RV to us. They went above and beyond anything we expected, to ensure we had the best service, and then some. After we purchased our RV, we encountered a problem, that Woody ensured was immediately taken care of. You won't get service like this anywhere else. I would be close to saying life savers in regards to Woody and Gina as my old car was on it's last leg! I could view my new car, which by the way met all my requirements, on their website from all different angles so I knew what to expect when I went to test drive. Had a jeep to sell and wanted another car that would be solid reliable transportation.. Got prompt attention. A military horray
Being in the military I have limited time to shop for a vehicle. Woody and Gina sent me photos, the truck history and any other information I had requested. When I arrived to take delivery of the truck, it was detailed, full tank of gas, and was exactly what I had wanted and expected. It even came with an extended warranty.
